Every community has a unique history, demographics, historical construction patterns and practices, and levels of economic need. Overlaying information gathered in an LSL inventory about service line materials with data related to demographics, economic status, development patterns, and other indicators of disparities in health outcomes can help determine which households could benefit from expedited LSL replacements, funding support, or other supports to help ensure all consumers served by LSLs can benefit equitably from a replacement program.
